Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Easy E-commerce, Hotel Booking, and Food Delivery! Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Services
Easy provides an online platform for booking hotels, purchasing products, and ordering food with delivery in Dire Dawa, Ethiopia.

2. User Account
- Users may register using phone number, email, or Google account.
- Users are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping it updated.

3. Payments
- Payments are accepted via cash on delivery or bank transfer (with payment slip upload).
- Payments are made directly to Easy for all services.

4. Hotel Booking
- Customers can cancel bookings only within 1 hour before the scheduled booking time.
- Refunds for cancellations are processed within 24 hours of cancellation.

5. E-commerce Returns
- Returns or refunds are accepted only before delivery is completed (while the delivery personnel is present).
- Once the delivery person leaves, returns or refunds are not accepted.

6. Food Delivery
- No refunds or replacements are offered for food delivery orders regardless of delays, errors, or dissatisfaction.

7. Delivery
- Easy has its own delivery team servicing only Dire Dawa.

8. User Data
- Users may update their data but cannot delete their account or personal data.

9. Liability
- Easy is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect user information or third-party services.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Privacy Policy occasionally. Changes will be posted on our platform.
